Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs for a key client account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, planning, stakeholder management, reporting, and execution across initiatives involving AWS, Data Migration, API development, and enterprise modernization programs. The individual should be a self-starter with strong analytical skills, an ability to manage multiple workstreams, and a proven track record of driving programs through structured governance and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple technology initiatives.
• Develop program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead planning, tracking, and execution using Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Drive governance, status reporting, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Monitor program health, identify risks/issues proactively, and drive resolution.
• Ensure timely delivery of key milestones while maintaining quality and business outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and establish delivery best practices.
• Drive team alignment, accountability, and collaboration across distributed teams.
• Use metrics and data to support decisions, improve execution, and provide program visibility to leadership.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience managing programs involving:
• AWS Cloud initiatives
• Data Migration and Modernization
• API Development and Integration Programs
• Hands-on expertise in Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Program Governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence without direct authority.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with multiple dependencies and workstreams.
  

Certifications (Preferred/Required)

One or more of the following certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PMI-ACP
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification
