Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and customer engagement through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on leveraging various online channels such as search engines, social media, email, and online advertisements to reach target audiences effectively and efficiently. You will design and manage pay-per-click campaigns, optimize website analytics, and work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing collateral that drives results. Your role is pivotal in maximizing the organization's online presence and conversion rates, and you will be expected to provide insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing performance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Analyze and optimize PPC campaigns to increase performance and return on investment.
  • Work closely with content and creative teams to create engaging ad copy and visuals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to enhance the search engine visibility and ranking.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across various marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously research and implement new technologies to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and oversee A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Identify and target specific audience segments for personalized digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in the digital marketing industry.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing successful performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to innovate marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is an advantage.
