Job Description

The Tele Calling Executive plays a crucial role in the organization, acting as the voice that connects businesses with potential and existing customers. They are responsible for making outbound sales calls as well as handling incoming inquiries, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction every time. A successful Tele Calling Executive possesses exemplary communication skills, a friendly and persuasive voice, and an innate ability to listen and respond to customer needs effectively. Demonstrating patience and dedication, they identify customer requirements and align them with the company’s products or services. This position is ideal for those who enjoy engaging in meaningful conversations, can handle rejection, and remain motivated to achieve sales targets and build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services clearly.
  • Respond to incoming phone inquiries and address customer queries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations with customers to ensure follow-up.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services offered.
  • Achieve sales targets by influencing potential customers to purchase.
  • Follow up on previous calls and ensure customer needs have been met.
  • Use customer feedback to identify possible improvements in services offered.
  • Collaborate with other departments to eliminate customer pain points.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and retention.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and telecalling skills.
  • Maintain a friendly, efficient, and professional manner always during calls.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly call reports to management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient and dedicated.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
