The role of Marketing Assistant, Brand & Creative is pivotal in supporting the marketing team in executing brand strategies and creative initiatives. This position involves hands-on management of day-to-day marketing activities to ensure the company's brand message is consistent, engaging, and impactful. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, acting as a liaison between different departments to coordinate marketing activities. With a passion for creativity and brand management, the Marketing Assistant will contribute to brainstorming sessions, assist in the creation of promotional materials, and conduct market research to inform strategic decisions. Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in executing comprehensive branding and creative initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and production of creative materials and marketing collaterals.
  • Conduct market research to gather data on brand positioning and customer insights.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for campaigns.
  • Manage the inventory of marketing materials and coordinate with vendors for reorders.
  • Help organize and execute brand activation events and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing reports to track the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and digital platforms.
  • Assist in proofreading and editing marketing documents for clarity and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update the company’s marketing database and content library.
  • Support the creation and publication of digital marketing content, including blogs and newsletters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role or with brand management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated interest in creative design and an understanding of branding fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing practices and social media platforms is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and evaluate campaign performance.
