Interior Site Supervisor (225-701)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Interior Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing interior construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders, and for ensuring that all work is executed according to the design specifications and client expectations. Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of interior construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate daily operations and activities on the construction site effectively.
• Ensure that all work is performed according to design plans and specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for all site personnel and visitors.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors, ensuring all parties are on the same page.
• Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, maintaining project schedules.
• Manage site budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate communications between clients and the project team to ensure satisfaction.
• Procure materials and manage inventories in accordance with project needs.
• Conduct regular site meetings to update the team and address project developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in interior or construction supervision roles.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with attentive problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
