The Education Counselor plays a vital role in guiding students through their educational journey. Responsibilities

• Guide students in planning their academic, testing, and career preparation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related counseling field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in educational guidance or counseling.
• Strong knowledge of educational systems, programs, and career pathways.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple students and tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and educators.
