Role Overview

We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer (Lead) who will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing automated test strategies for our software products. This individual will drive automation initiatives, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure the seamless integration of automated testing into our CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain Automation Frameworks – Design, develop, and enhance test automation scripts using industry-standard automation tools with a focus on the pharma sector.
• Collaborate with Teams – Work alongside developers, product managers, and QA engineers to define test strategies, scenarios, and test cases.
• Integrate with CI/CD Pipelines – Implement and maintain automated test suites within CI/CD workflows to support fast and reliable software releases.
• Defect Tracking & Troubleshooting – Identify, prioritize, and document software defects, working closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Regression Testing – Execute and refine regression testing processes to ensure software stability and maintain optimal test coverage.
• Continuous Improvement – Stay updated with emerging trends in test automation, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance testing efficiency.
• Code Reviews & Agile Practices – Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives, providing insights on testability and automation strategies.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing – Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts, contributing to internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with R&D value chains, GxP compliance, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

• You have strong expertise in test automation and experience working in the pharma or life sciences domain (preferred but not mandatory).
