Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end technical delivery, strong team leadership, and hands-on coding experience even in their current role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects while managing risks and dependencies.
• Stay hands-on with coding, troubleshooting, and guiding team members through complex technical challenges.
• Define and track KPIs to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and project updates with internal and external teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  
  

• 8 to 13 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to technical delivery management.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation and integration projects.
• Excellent technical leadership and team management capabilities.
• Hands-on coding experience in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, etc.)even in your current role.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
