Job Description
Responsibilities
. Handle the sale and rental of prime residential property within Dubai, UAE.
. Canvass for properties and prospect new potential leads/ clients.
. Engage with sellers/landlords and build a strong network of relationships.
. Prepare CMAs for homeowners and arrange or take photography for listings.
. Enter all new properties into CRM (Propspace) for marketing purposes.
. Manage inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants.
. Qualify new inquiries, match requirements with available inventory, and conduct viewings.
. Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
. Close deals and attend DLD for the transaction of titles.
. Consult and update clients on the latest market trends.
. Make regular follow-up calls to all clients to build long-term business relationships.
Skills
. 2 years of Experience in real estate brokerage and/or sales.
. Knowledge of Dubai real estate is a plus.
. Understanding of local real estate market and property regulations.
. Strong customer service and communication skills.
. Proven ability to build and maintain client and investor relationships.
. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
. Experience in managing real property.
. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM platforms).
. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
