Responsibilities

• Assist students in developing a personalized study abroad plan based on their objectives.
• Provide detailed information on universities, programs, and countries available for overseas education.
• Help students with the preparation and submission of necessary application documents.
• Guide students through the admission processes and ensure all deadlines are met timely.
• Offer advice on English language tests, such as IELTS or TOEFL, and other entrance exams.
• Stay updated on changes in international education policies and visa regulations.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to strengthen university-student relationships.
• Organize and conduct seminars and workshops to inform students about studying abroad options.
• Liaise with external agencies to streamline students’ visa processing and travel arrangements.
• Facilitate communication between students and foreign universities to resolve any admission queries.
• Support students through their cultural adaptation process by providing pre-departure briefings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an Education Counsellor or similar advisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of different international education systems and academic requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective student engagement.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet specific deadlines.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor to support student needs and concerns.
