Brand Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Coordinator to support and coordinate the companys branding, marketing and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should be creative, organised, proactive and good at coordination, with an understanding of brand communication, social media, marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

The role will involve working closely with the Marketing, Sales, Creative and Digital Marketing teams, as well as external agencies, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure that brand activities are executed smoothly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Coordination

• Coordinate day-to-day brand and marketing activities.
  
• Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across marketing and communication materials.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing requirements.
  
• Maintain and organise brand-related assets, creatives and marketing materials.
  
• Support the execution of brand campaigns and initiatives.
  

2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

• Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, product promotions and marketing activities.
  
• Coordinate promotional activities for dealers, retailers, distributors and other stakeholders.
  
• Support product launches, exhibitions, events and other brand activations.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding, promotional materials and event requirements.
  
• Track campaign timelines and ensure timely execution.
  

3. Creative & Content Coordination

• Coordinate with graphic designers, agencies and content teams for:
  • Social media creatives
    
  • Product brochures
    
  • Catalogues
    
  • Posters
    
  • Dealer communication
    
  • Digital advertisements
    
  • Promotional materials
    
• Review creatives to ensure they are aligned with brand guidelines before release.
  
• Maintain a structured library of marketing creatives and brand assets.
  

4. Social Media & Digital Coordination

• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team for social media campaigns and content.
  
• Assist in maintaining the companys presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  
• Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely delivery of creatives.
  
• Monitor competitor branding and marketing activities.
  
• Support digital campaigns and promotional initiatives when required.
  

5. Events & Brand Activations

• Coordinate exhibitions, dealer meets, product launches, corporate events and promotional activities.
  
• Manage event-related requirements such as branding, standees, banners, brochures, merchandise and other promotional materials.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
  

6. Marketing MIS & Reporting

• Maintain records of ongoing marketing and branding activities.
  
• Prepare basic marketing reports, campaign trackers and activity MIS.
  
• Track campaign deliverables, budgets and timelines.
  
• Maintain records of marketing materials and promotional inventory.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Brand Management and Marketing.
  
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  
• Good written and verbal communication.
  
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to coordinate with creative agencies, vendors and internal teams.
  
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
  
• Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Excel and PowerPoint will be preferred.
  
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
  
• Should be proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is energetic, organised and execution-oriented, rather than someone focused only on theoretical marketing.

The candidate should be comfortable following up with agencies and vendors, coordinating internally, checking creatives, managing timelines and ensuring that marketing activities actually get completed on time.

Experience in plywood, building materials, interior products, FMCG, retail or another consumer-facing brand will be an advantage.

Education

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
