About The Role
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to define the user experience of Cisco Cloud Control. In this role, you’ll build and implement AI-native features, ensuring the platform’s UI is modern, scalable, and intuitive for enterprise customers worldwide.
Your impact
As a Frontend Engineer on Cisco Cloud Control, you will:
- Develop the user experience of a flagship enterprise platform.
- Invent and deliver modern, scalable, AI-native UI features.
- Mentor and grow junior developers, elevating frontend expertise across the team.
- Drive sophisticated product integrations and AI-driven interfaces.
- Optimize frontend operations and CI/CD to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
What you’ll do
- Build and implement UI features: Own functional and non-functional aspects of the frontend.
- Mentor and coach: Guide junior developers and foster team growth.
- Build integrations: Develop sophisticated product integrations and cross-product AI-driven interfaces.
- Collaborate optimally: Work with backend and infrastructure teams using React/Angular.
- Optimize delivery: Contribute to UI Ops and CI/CD improvements for faster, reliable frontend releases.
Minimum qualifications
- 5+ years of frontend development experience.
- Proven understanding of React, Angular, Webpack, RSPack (or equivalent).
- Expertise in libraries, SCSS, and HTML.
- Familiarity with UI Ops and continuous delivery practices.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach in a dynamic environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Backend development exposure.
- Awareness of AI tools and methodologies.
- Passion for clean, scalable, user-focused design with a growth mindset.
- Experience mentoring or coaching developers (nice to have).
