What You’ll Be Doing:
Serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers, guiding them in deploying Synopsys DFT (Design for Test) technologies on their designs.
Planning, directing, and executing project schedules while coordinating cross-functional activities across internal teams and customer organizations.
Identifying project risks, developing contingency plans, and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Applications Engineering, and R&D teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
Demonstrating, coaching, and supporting customers with the latest DFT flows, methodologies, and toolsets to enable high-quality, on-time silicon delivery.
Managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Documenting best practices, process improvements, and technical learnings to foster knowledge sharing within the team and organization.

What You’ll Need:
Extensive hands-on experience in the implementation of DFT technologies, including Memory BIST, redundancy and repair solutions.
Strong understanding of industry standards such as IEEE 1687, IEEE 1500, and IEEE 1149.1.
Proficiency in project execution and management, preferably with exposure to multiple concurrent projects in a high-tech environment.
Solid knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for effective reporting and communication.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with ATPG, scan methodologies, and prior customer-facing experience (such as Field Application Engineer roles) is highly desirable.
