Job Summary
As a Senior Team Member within the Custody Stock Reconciliations team, you perform key reconciliation functions for stock and cash. You investigate discrepancies, analyze exceptions, and provide detailed reasoning to business partners & You ensure timely resolution of breaks and contribute to process improvements and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform asset (stock) and cash reconciliations with accuracy
- Investigate and research discrepancies in reconciliations
- Analyze breaks and exceptions, providing clear reasoning
- Communicate findings to business and resolver groups
- Meet or exceed defined SLAs for quality and turnaround time
- Prepare metrics, dashboards, and reporting documents
- Participate in hub calls and liaise with business partners
- Resolve queries raised on a day-to-day basis
- Utilize TLM/TLM Premium for reconciliation processes
- Apply data validation controls and feed maintenance
- Support asset servicing, corporate actions, and securities lending as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Hold B. Com, M. Com, BBA, or MBA degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in stock reconciliations
- Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills
- Display attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Apply knowledge of reconciliation tools and processes
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Utilize experience with TLM/TLM Premium systems
- Apply understanding of asset servicing and corporate actions
- Demonstrate familiarity with securities lending and trade settlements
- Employ skills in data validation controls and feed maintenance
- Leverage knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau for reporting
- Exhibit ability to work with metrics and dashboards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
