We Are Looking For a Java Lead Who Can

• Drive the design and development of scalable backend services.
• Ensure our platform can handle millions of interactions across voice, video, chat, and AI analytics.
• Lead by example in best coding practices, architecture, and project ownership.
• Mentor engineers and strengthen our core backend capabilities.
  
  

• Design and develop Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based applications from scratch.
• Write clean, loosely coupled, and scalable code following SOA and Microservices architecture.
• Work on databases (SQL & NoSQL) and ensure efficient data management.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features, debug, and fix issues.
• Take ownership of projects from design to delivery.
  
  

• Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals & algorithms.
• Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with performance tuning and scalable application design.
