Must Have

• Proven expertise in supply chain analytics across domains such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, segmentation, and network design
• Well versed and hands-on experience of working on optimization methods like linear programming, mixed integer programming, scheduling optimization. Having understanding of working on third party optimization solvers like Gurobi will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in forecasting techniques (e.g., Holt-Winters, ARIMA, ARIMAX, SARIMA, SARIMAX, FBProphet, NBeats) and machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised)
• Possesses strong knowledge of statistics, including statistical tests and distributions.
• Possesses a strong understanding of data preparation and analysis, including exploratory data analysis, data preparation, and feature engineering.
• Demonstrates deep expertise in various algorithms, including traditional, ensemble, and deep learning algorithms
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks: scikit-learn, H2O, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLlib, etc.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python/PySpark/Scala, SQL
• Experience in cloud-based model deployment (Azure ML, Azure Databricks, GCP Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker)
• Familiarity with MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
• Strong presentation and stakeholders communication
• Experience building impactful dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at the executive level
  
  

• Develop and execute project and analysis plans, collaborating closely with Project Managers for optimal outcomes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, advising US-based consultants and clients on data formalization and use case clarity.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to drive and conduct comprehensive analyses while coaching junior team members.
• Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of deliverables.
• Validate analysis outcomes and recommendations with stakeholders, including client teams, to align expectations.
• Craft compelling storylines and presentations for both client teams and project leadership to convey insights effectively.
• Lead strategic analytics programs from vision to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and impact.
• Act as a thought partner to clients, guiding analytics strategy, roadmap development, and transformation initiatives.
• Translate complex business challenges into structured analytical solutions using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate across technology, operations, and business consulting teams to ensure seamless integrated delivery.
