Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, templates, and Standard Template Library (STL).
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed systems.
• Experience working with developer-focused products and tools.
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around common goals.

The Feature Platform team plays a critical role in rewriting the Search Stack. The team builds the model for the next generation of Search features and works on building a transformative developer experience. The team focuses on building Extension Points for features, run-time isolation of features, and solving complex distributed systems problems that come with remote tier-1 APIs. Our mission is to re-define how Search features are developed/iterated/released which aligns with ambitious product goals.
