The responsibilities of the Program Manager would be as follows:

• Plan and execute multiple projects, collaborating cross functionally/geographically within a VP org independently
• Design and develop processes to simplify operations and improve customer experience in ambiguous spaces
• Develop and drives VP focused metrics and mechanisms to improve efficiencies and customer experience
• Own weekly, monthly and quarterly business review documentation including tracking, executing and communicating status of action items to senior stakeholders (Directors, Senior Managers)
• Lead annual org level planning exercise, conceptualizing new work streams and converting it to workable operational plans including staffing plans, tooling plans and process design across multiple functional teams
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Masters degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
