THE ROLE
As a Product Enablement Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our internal teams are fully prepared and empowered to deliver seamless, impactful product launches. Youll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to bridge the gap between product development and customer-facing execution.
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will create and maintain scalable product launch frameworks, checklists, and playbooks to ensure consistency, quality, and repeatability in all go-to-market activities.
- You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to design and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) enablement strategies for new product releases and feature updates.
- You will build and deliver training materials, internal documentation, toolkits, and resources to equip internal stakeholders with the knowledge and tools needed to support successful product rollouts.
- You will define key readiness metrics and track enablement effectiveness; gather feedback, measure success, and drive continuous improvement across product launches and internal processes.
- You will identify and implement standardized, repeatable processes for cross-functional coordination to improve efficiency, speed to market, and stakeholder alignment.
- You will serve as the central hub for product launch activities—managing timelines, aligning teams, and ensuring that every product release hits the mark with minimal friction.
Skills
- You should have experience in product enablement, product marketing, program management, or a related role—ideally within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
- You should have familiarity with core banking or financial software solutions is a strong plus.
- You should have proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across departments.
- You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills; capable of aligning diverse teams around a common goal.
- You should have strong organizational and project management skills; experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- You should have experience developing training content and enablement collateral.
- You should have data-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing processes and improving performance.
