About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading organization in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to guide their technology and digital transformation strategy. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with strong technical expertise in Application Architecture, AI/ML solutions, Cloud Platforms, and Modern Development Frameworks. This is a senior role that will play a key part in driving enterprise-wide initiatives and ensuring alignment with TOGAF standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise application architectures that ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead digital transformation programs with a focus on AI/ML adoption, cloud integration, and modern frameworks.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture strategies with organizational objectives.
• Develop technology roadmaps, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Assess and recommend emerging technologies and frameworks for adoption.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams, fostering innovation and excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Enterprise or Solution Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Application Architecture and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Java, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, models, and integration.
• Proven experience applying TOGAF methodology to enterprise architecture.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in large enterprise or public sector projects in the GCC/UAE region.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
