What You Will Do

Responsible for the daily operations of company settlement systems. Administers all payment instructions, bank reconciliation and resolution of payment queries. Reviews all affiliates hedging activities. Identifies noncompliance and makes recommendations. Reviews and oversees the integration of different treasury processes such as Intercompany netting, Intercompany lending and hedging processes. Implements the Best Payment Practices, advises and informs different operating companies. Evaluates and monitors liquidity of international affiliates. Facilitates lending between J&J affiliates, Treasury centers and preferred third parties. Evaluates and monitors worldwide investments, debt and hedging. Oversees the documentation and compliance of international affiliates on a quarterly basis. Ensures compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
