Understand varied business problems and implement solutions that are secure, scalable, robust, and easily maintainable

  • Collaborate with wider architecture teams across locations
  • Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates with wider architecture teams across locations to formalise and adopt appropriate standards and procedures
  • Deliver sustainable solution/technical architecture to solve business problems in line with organisational vision and product & technology roadmap
  • Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including roadmaps and project portfolios for systems architecture
  • Follow architectural standards & conventions and gain approval for the deliverables as required by compliance & governance processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage small delivery teams to derive value outcomes
  • Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership
  • Support product owner / project manager in evaluating viability of product concepts from technology / delivery / cost perspective
  • Openly communicate with all the stakeholders. Timely communication on status & issues

Key skills and Technical Competencies

Advanced to Proficient levels mandatory skills and competencies:

  • Person with degree equivalent of Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) or Master of Computer Application (MCA)
  • 10 + years in a software build role of which 3+ years in crafting end-to-end architecture
  • Programming Languages: C# ,Java Script
  • Technologies/Tools: ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, WebApi ,Node, React\ Angular, Python
  • Databases: SQL Server
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure PaaS, IaaS
  • Architecture : .NET Architecture, Application & Cloud Design Patterns
  • Performance : Address performance bottleneck for Application, Database & Infrastructure
  • Identity & Access management: AD, Azure AD and application functionality such as SSO, RBAC
  • Understand business requirement and convert them in technical solution design using UML
  • Experienced in using GIT, VSTS
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools
  • Knowledge of SOA, Micro services
  • Knowledge of Agile practices & processes
  • Knowledge of support model and their implementation
  • Define and enforce best practices, design/coding standards to improve the quality of the deliverables and ensure the compliance with defined reference architecture and engineering prescriptions
  • Effort Estimation and planning
  • Proven problem solver and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and user empathising skills
