The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively

supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business

Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive

services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also

participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and

professional skills.

As part of the Talent and Development team you will enhance the adoption of ServiceNow

capabilities through hiệu quả training and knowledge-sharing initiatives. As a Manager, you will

serve as a ServiceNow authorized product trainer, guiding the development of engaging learning

content and đảm bảo compliance with practices in ServiceNow configuration and usage.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the utilization of ServiceNow through impactful training programs
  • Act as a licensed product trainer, developing engaging learning resources
  • Confirm adherence to leading practices in ServiceNow configuration and application
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to promote ServiceNow capabilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Support the development of a knowledgeable and skilled workforce
  • Drive initiatives that encourage continuous learning and improvement

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • ServiceNow authorized product trainer (required)

What Sets You Apart

  • Advanced degree in Education or related field
  • Experience as a ServiceNow authorized product trainer
  • Proven ability in developing engaging learning content
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience integrating enterprise tools with ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities
  • Ability to enhance user engagement and platform adoption
