A senior marketing co-ordinator works under the direction of HOD and with the technical staff to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with Earthitects brand standards to boost the brand and effective product marketing.
Coordinating business development activities, including researching target audience and lifestyle and developing new materials to support business development activities;
Coordinating various PR activities such external speaking engagements, award submissions and media outreach;
Understanding Earthitects’ evolving portfolio of work, practice areas, firm capabilities, and service offerings;
Responsible for preparing the weekly, monthly and annual marketing report in coordination with various teams and external agencies if required.
Responsible for managing the Marketing budget by keeping track and updating the monthly expenses.
Assisting in planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
Collaborating with content writers and graphic designers to create advertising content and assisting in drawing reports for digital marketing
Coordination with Agency on running ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Preparing the detailed report of the performance of Ads on social media platforms like Google Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Monitoring Ads on Social Media Platforms and Analytics.
Responsible for implementing, briefing, guiding and designing all online and offline brand and marketing communications in coordination with Brand Designer or Brand consultant.
Design and implementation of Brochures, Presentations, Books and marketing collaterals for Earthitects.
Research and design input presentations for the website and landing pages with site map and user journey.
Analysis and drawings report of leads based on Lead Stage, Lead Source and Rooted via in CRM to calculate the success metrics of marketing activities.
Detailed Analysis on the performance of email campaigns with reports and inferences.
Scheduling deadlines and marketing calendar with goals, campaigns and targets to achieve in terms of brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Detailed market research and analysis.
Preparation of Quarterly Board reports.
Collaborating with the various teams such as Sales, Design and Management in the company to identify the requirements for marketing activities.
Collaborating with external agencies for execution of media outreach and execution of marketing campaigns.
Working with the team to coordinate photo shoots of completed projects.
