Tele Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Tele Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products/services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
  
  

• You have working knowledge of Good communication, active listening, Time Management, negotiation, persuasion, resilience and Convincing skills
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
