Job Description

This role is critical in managing our cloud platforms, ensuring security compliance, and operating robust CI/CD pipelines for our applications. You will be responsible for maintaining production-grade cloud infrastructure and enabling continuous integration and delivery for various backend and web platforms.

The position demands deep expertise across AWS, networking, Linux, DevOps tooling, and cloud security practices.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure and Operations

• Manage and maintain AWS Organization structure and IAM Identity Center (SSO access control).
• Operate and optimize AWS services: EC2, RDS, Redis, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, ALB/NLB, and EKS.
• Implement and troubleshoot ALB Ingress Controller and NGINX Ingress Controller for Kubernetes clusters.
• DevOps, CI/CD & Automation
• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline and GitLab CI/CD.
• Implement application pipelines for Node.js, Spring Boot, and Java applications.
• Automate infrastructure deployments via Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation (a plus).
  
  

• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs (OpenVPN), SSH/RDP secure access.
• Architect and maintain Zero Trust Network security principles across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Manage AWS Security tools, policies, Security Groups, IAM Roles, and best practices.
• Implement and operate CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management) tools to ensure cloud compliance, governance, and security monitoring.
  
  

• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot complex networking solutions including Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, and Site-to-Site VPNs.
• Ensure highly available, secure, and performant network infrastructure across hybrid environments. Systems Administration & Troubleshooting
• Strong foundation and hands-on experience in Linux server management, troubleshooting, and shell scripting.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, backup/restoration activities.
• High proficiency in Docker container management.
  
  

• Administer and troubleshoot relational and databases like MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Manage storage solutions, backup policies, and disaster recovery strategies.
  
  

• Experience with Openshift clusters and hybrid container orchestration.
• Management of MongoDB Atlas cloud instances and Akamai (CDN, WAF) solutions.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack.
• Basic understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  
  

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 4+ years of direct experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, networking, and security.
