About The Role

We are looking for an experienced System Architect to design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performing, and secure enterprise systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural best practices, drive technology decisions, and align system design with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and Design: Develop and document system architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Technology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools for system development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, DevOps, product managers, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and system roadmaps.
• Integration & Interoperability: Design solutions that integrate with existing enterprise systems, third-party services, and APIs.
• Governance & Standards: Define and enforce architectural guidelines, coding standards, and best practices.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure security best practices are embedded in system design and that solutions meet compliance requirements.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks and optimize performance for scalability.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor development teams on architectural principles and best practices.
  
  

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 13+ years of experience in system architecture, software development, or enterprise solutions.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, serverless).
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies (Java).
• Experience with API design, enterprise integration patterns, and API Gateway solutions.
• Proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Familiarity with security frameworks (OAuth, JWT, SAML) and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in event-driven architectures.
