Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will apply security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement security measures, conducting assessments to identify vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations. You will also engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security protocols and respond to emerging cyber threats effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with identity governance and administration tools. - Knowledge of access control models and authentication protocols. - Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and incident response planning. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
