Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Tester (Manual/Automation) with 2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, test automation frameworks, and defect management. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and experience with Selenium and scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript. The candidate should be skilled in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using test management tools.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and automated testing for various Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and automation scripts for Salesforce applications.
Implement and work with test automation frameworks using Selenium and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).
Identify, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, or HP ALM.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and Salesforce administrators to ensure high-quality releases.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and recommend solutions for improvements.
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (manual and automation).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience in defect tracking and reporting using test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, HP ALM).
Strong test case design, test execution, and defect management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice To Have
Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
Experience in Salesforce automation testing tools such as Provar, TOSCA, or Testim.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce testing.
Experience in API testing for Salesforce integrations.
