Job Description

As the Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you are a key member of Motorola Solutions’ Salesforce IT working on the delivery portfolio of diverse technology projects alongside a team of talented Salesforce team. Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product features in order to provide accurate solutions. A fair understanding of Salesforce Configuration, Debugging, writing Apex Code, Lightning Web Component, Aura component, Complex flows, Advance Debugging skills and ability to read through the debug of logs and grasp technical flow. A fair understanding of Integration capabilities such as API’s, middlewares etc. Always adhering to best practices. Eagerness to enhance technical and functional knowledge.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters degree in STEM, Computer Science or Business from an accredited university.
• 3-6 years of experience in a role as a Salesforce Developer working on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform primarily.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionality, platform capabilities, features and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum or SAFe frameworks
• Experience working in a DevOps setting using latest DevOps tools such as Jekins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, SonarQube and Dynatrace.
