This Position Reports To

Sales Support Specialist

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.

The work model for the role is

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business at Bangalore, India.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

Order Management

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of order processing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless handling of Sales Orders (Sos), Purchase Orders (POs), and documentation.
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance with SOPs and internal policies.

Delivery & Logistics Coordination

  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Implement proactive strategies to mitigate delays and maintain clear customer communication.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Lead resolution of customer complaints with a focus on fast response and quality outcomes.
  • Analyze trends in customer issues to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Implement robust quality control processes focused on error prevention and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, operational controls, and SAP module standards.
  • Drive operational efficiency across all order management activities.

Qualifications For The Role

  • Bachelors degree – BE/B.Tech, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA; 1-2 years in Order to Cash processes.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and root cause analysis,
  • Strong Knowledge SAP (SD, PP, MM, MDG)
