Job Duties & Responsibilities

The Recruiter plays a vital role in identifying and engaging potential candidates through diverse channels, building a robust talent pipeline for the organization. Collaborating closely with recruiting colleagues, this role employs creative sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, contributes to the initial screening process, and maintains accurate candidate data. The Recruiters focus is on proactive candidate engagement, organization, and support to streamline the recruitment process.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and other channels.
  • Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate reviews and recruiting phone screens to assess candidate interest and functional fit.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Screen, interview, and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting colleagues to build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
  • Lead and/or participate in projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Enhance your understanding of recruitment strategies and processes to provide suggestions and support to recruiters.
  • Ensure discretion and confidentiality in handling candidate information and sensitive data.


Location

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the Bengaluru, India office.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking or candidate management system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various online platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, and tools for candidate sourcing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking within the context of candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sourcing targets.
  • Collaborative mindset, working well with Recruiters and other team members.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and team collaboration.


Physical And Mental Requirements

  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
  • Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
  • Learn and comprehend basic instructions
  • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
  • Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
