Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor-Level Support: Providing specialized support for a vendors specific products and services, often the final point of escalation for complex issues.
  • Deep Technical Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving software issues that L3 teams cannot resolve.
  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Working closely with product architects, software developers, and hardware designers to implement solutions and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management:
  • Demonstrating excellent customer relationship management skills, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, and providing solutions that may involve selling additional products or services.
  • On-Call Support: Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support coverage for critical issues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Extensive experience (often 2-4 years) in a senior engineering, escalation management, or technical support role.
  • Specialized Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the specific products, software, and infrastructure being supported. AWS Infra, Golang, Postgress and React skills are required
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: A strong analytical and logical approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
