Requirements:

• Basic understanding of B2B SaaS
• Ability to do problem identification and basic solutioning
• Soft skills & Communication - comfortable on calls with customers, vendors etc
• "Figure it out" mindset - Ability to take charge and assume responsibility of given tasks
  
  
  

• Excel (Vlookup, Basic Formulas)
• MongoDB Compass (Basic querying using indexes)
  
  
  

• Work with Tech, Product and Ops teams to improve the overall efficiency of workflows
• Execution oriented tasks to streamline processes
• Account health monitoring - basis data, metrics and on-ground feedback
