The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you manage the implementation of Zuora Billing and CPQ projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle. As a Manager, you lead teams, mentor junior staff, and drive client engagement while maintaining the firms quality standards and contributing to its strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee Oracle Lead to Revenue projects utilizing Zuora solutions
Mentor junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities
Manage project timelines and maintain deliverables that align with client needs
Foster a collaborative environment to drive team performance
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies
Uphold the firms ethical standards and professional practices
Analyze project data to inform strategic decisions and improvements
Engage with clients to maintain satisfaction and address concerns
What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
10 years of experience in managing full-cycle of Zuora Billing and CPQ implementations
Oral and written proficiency in English required
