As part of the Business Application Consulting team you are responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud Manufacturing solutions and guiding clients through complex supply chain processes. As a Senior Associate, you are expected to analyze intricate problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain the firms professional standards while building meaningful client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing solutions within Oracle SCM
• Analyze complex manufacturing processes and recommend improvements
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills
• Maintain quality and compliance in project deliverables
• Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing needs
• Utilize analytical tools to inform decision-making
• Build relationships with stakeholders in the manufacturing sector
• Adapt to evolving technologies and client requirements
  
  

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Manufacturing module
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing
• Leading at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
• Acting as Oracle Cloud domain specialists
• Understanding and converting business requirements into system configurations
• Providing guidance on supply chain business processes
• Demonstrating industry knowledge in contract manufacturing
• Exposure to SCOR and APQC frameworks
• Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules
