The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you lead the implementation of Oracle Customer Data Management solutions while managing complex integration requirements. As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor team members, leveraging your technical strengths and problem-solving skills to deliver quality client solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship building and navigating ambiguity, as you stay updated with Oracle releases and apply the latest standard practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to define their revenue management needs
  • Design and implement CDM solutions for revenue processes
  • Analyze complex revenue challenges and provide strategic insights
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills
  • Maintain quality and compliance in every project deliverable
  • Build substantial relationships with stakeholders across projects
  • Utilize analytical tools to inform decision-making
  • Adapt to evolving technologies and client requirements

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4 years of experience in Oracle Customer Data Management
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Masters Degree
  • Experience leading customer discussions and design paths
  • Proficiency in configuring Oracle Customer Data Management
  • Knowledge of SCM modules and integration requirements
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and Groovy Scripting
  • Ability to document technical requirements effectively
  • Experience managing a team of developers
  • Staying updated with Oracle releases and practices
