Manager I Process Management - HR Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the charge in redesigning HR processes to be smarter, faster, and more intuitive
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement automation and digital solutions that elevate the employee experience
• Create clear, scalable documentation for workflows and systems that support a modern HR ecosystem
• Use data to monitor performance and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement
• Champion change management and training efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
• Ensure all solutions align with internal policies and external regulations
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen
• Strong analytical skills and a knack for process mapping and redesign
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and automation tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Bonus points for Lean Six Sigma certification or similar training
