About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in React, Node.js, and AWS to lead development initiatives and build scalable, high-performance applications. The role also requires strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Architect and develop scalable, high-performance solutions using React, Node.js, and AWS.
• Implement and optimize solutions with MongoDB, Express.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new tools and practices to improve efficiency.
  
  

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
• At least 3 years of strong experience in AWS (cloud-native applications, services, and deployment).
• Proficiency with MongoDB, Express.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API development, and cloud-based design.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams or projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
