Quality specialist ensures products, services, or processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements, playing a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and the companys reputation. Their responsibilities include monitoring, inspecting, testing, and improving quality control measures, as well as developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. They collaborate with various teams, develop quality plans, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing and Implementing Quality Standards:
This involves creating and maintaining quality control procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists.
Quality specialists conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Review QOR from leads and document findings to verify QOR effectiveness.
- Identifying and Addressing Quality Issues:
- They analyse data, document defects, and collaborate with other teams to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse Incidents to understand Quality issues related to Knowledge of the team and work with leads to have a plan for driving knowledge
- Partner with L2 support to build knowledge articles for the team, integrate with QAS
- Analyse cases to improve quality issues and drive improvement along with the leads
- Build Quality Controls within Center Of Excellence, Sales Order Management
- Collaborate with Front Line Specialists and engage leads to drive improvements in NPS
- Maintaining Quality Records and Reporting:
This includes keeping accurate records of testing and inspection results, creating audit reports, and providing quality reports to management.
Quality specialists may train staff on quality control practices, procedures, and standards.
They participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Support Thematic Analysis for technology to drive Incident Reduction
- Represent Problem Management forums and suggest improvements in day to day processes to avoid recurrence on any Service Related issues.
- Tackle issues by improving workflow and automating existing processes where possible.
- Leads all testing, migration and upgrades impacting Production by ensuring the change plan is signed off and adhered to by the analyst.
- Conduct effective succession planning and development plans to ensure knowledge transfer is in place.
- Ensuring Compliance:
Quality specialists ensure that products, services, or processes adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
Would be involved in creating and maintaining process documents related to quality assurance for COE / SOM
Would Lead or participate in root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of quality issues.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge on Sales Order Management.
- Knowledge of Refinitiv products.
- Candidate should be open to work in shifts.
