Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end contract management process for Direct and Indirect procurement for MEIA & EMA using the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Global Category Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract Execution.
• Coordinate and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure the Supplier Evaluation process is completed as per the defined schedule.
• Assist in maintaining procurement documentation and reports.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Independently deliver basic Excel reporting and analysis related to contracts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree completed in any field is mandatory.
• Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience - 0 to 1 Year
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with global stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and contract management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
