Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Support onboarding processes and manage employee documentation
• Maintain HR records, databases, and recruitment trackers
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
  
  

• Recent graduates or candidates pursuing:
• MBA / PGDM in HR
• MA in Human Resource Management
• BBA / BBM / B.Com / BA with a strong interest in HR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore
  

• Hands-on experience in core HR functions
• Stipend will be provided
• Internship certificate will be provided upon successful completion
