Introduction
Join our dynamic SEO team focused on driving online traffic performance and user engagement across the Middle East market. We blend content strategy, keyword optimisation, and data-driven decision-making to improve visibility and conversion. Be part of a high-impact team shaping regional digital growth.

In this Role, you’ll get to

* Content Strategy & Management: Lead the content planning and execution for the Middle East market, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and engaging content across platforms
* Keyword Research & Optimisation: Conduct keyword research and market analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search visibility. Optimize on-site content to boost search engine rankings.
* SEO Project Management: Plan and execute SEO content operations including content updates and website structure improvements. Use data-driven KPIs to optimize user conversion and traffic allocation strategies.
* Competitor & Industry Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to identify new SEO opportunities and improve site competitiveness. Focus on increasing user engagement and identifying market shifts.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with relevant teams to execute assigned SEO tasks efficiently and support broader marketing initiatives.

What youll Need to Succeed

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally with large-scale website operations and high traffic volumes. Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA).
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
* Deep understanding of the Middle East region, including market trends, user behavior, and cultural nuances.
* Fluent in English and Arabic
* Experience with SEO content operations, data analysis, and strategy development. Ability to work independently, analyze and interpret data, and implement SEO enhancements.
* Experience managing or ranking personal blogs (WordPress preferred)
* Proven success working on SEO projects generating millions of page views.
* Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
