Senior Executive - SPC Sales

You will be responsible for managing Specialty Gases products sales portfolio bring in more revenue in designated geography to execute strategic intent and meet financial targets.

Making an impact. What will you do?

You will be accountable in delivering sales targets with proper forecast in the assigned territory.

You will be Managing all existing customers and Excel in “KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT” by providing value added services to customers with Linde’s strong technical and safety backing.

You will be handling Mumbai & Gujarat region.

You should be capable in driving various Safety programs and other customer engagement technical programs.

You will provide seamless service in meeting customer requirements on supply, payment collection and cylinders CTR.

You should maintain synergy with inter-departmental functions like SCM, distribution and operations for productive supplies.

You should have skill sets in Inventory management, proper forecast on supply vs demand, and developing application knowledge in major business segments.

You will drive timely collection and maintain DSO < 40 days.

You should be capable of generating new leads and new customers to increase the revenue and market share in his/her territory.

You will bring in new business through sales pitch with competitive proposals, presenting the unique selling point (USP) of Linde versus competition.

You will complete end to end responsibility from PO generation, Invoicing, Payment follow-up and Logistics management to ensure product availability x`to the customer at the right place at right time.

You have to assist & ensure timely collection of outstanding or credit revenues from the customers.

You will be interacting with different departments in times of complex problems.

You will drive price increase appropriately when there is a need and increase input costs increase. Proactively communicate with customers to ensure there are no conflicts at the time of billing.

You will Organize safety meetings and safety concerns at work sites for the operations department.

You will address customer complaints promptly and ensure timely redressal.

You will collect and report market intelligence information related to competitor actions in the marketplace.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You should have a degree in Engineering and masters in management will be an added advantage with 1-2 years experience in Sales, Business development, KAM, CRM.
