The opportunity

FP&A Associate will be an integral member for the Business Finance team at Sattva, focused on performing several process management duties at BU and Sub-BU levels. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do

We are looking for a highly motivated FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Associate to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who want to build a career in financial analysis and business partnering within a professional services organization. You will work closely with senior finance professionals to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling estimates.
  • Support monthly and quarterly management reporting including variance analysis against budgets/forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist in building and maintaining financial models for scenario planning and profitability analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business units, operations, HR) to gather financial and operational data.Help prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data and reports.Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.
  • Support in process design and automation


Qualifications & Skills

  • CA or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or internships in finance (experience in professional services preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling); exposure to financial systems/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Hyperion) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large data sets, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
