This Position reports to:

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager




You will be mainly accountable for:

Handling the inspection of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions. Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry contestant and similar businesses within ABB.

• Performing inspection of business performance versus Plan and forecast.
• Performing month end closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions.
• Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / functions to understand and inspect, the drivers of financial performance.
• Inspection of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause.
• Performing cost / benefit study and examine of inventories, NWC
• Preparing ad-hoc reports as per business / function’s request.
• Preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting and audits.
• Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

3- 5 year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.


Hands On Experience In SAP FICO Modules Preferred

Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred

Strong problem solving skills.

Thorough / detail oriented approach.

Strong communication skills.

Fluent in English.
