The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the FAIR Engineering team you design the insurance data model to support finance and actuarial use cases. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while upholding PwC’s quality standards. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry, particularly in Actuarial and finance processes, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in FAIR Engineering with a focus on Java

• Bachelors Degree
• 8 years of execution experience in Life Insurance industry
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• 8 years of experience in Life Insurance industry
• 2 years of experience leading teams of 5 or more
• Knowledge of Actuarial and finance processes
• Familiarity with Data Transformations for STAT, GAAP, LDTI
• Skilled in SQL
• Basic understanding of the financial sector
• Excelling in analytical and communication skills
• Demonstrating results-oriented and self-starter mindset
