Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled FACETS Developer with expertise in TriZetto FACETS, particularly in the Claims Domain and EDI. The ideal candidate will bring strong .NET full stack development skills, cloud-native experience, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for core healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support components of TriZetto FACETS Applications, with a focus on the Claims Domain.
• Work with product management to ensure user stories are well-defined, with proper acceptance criteria and appropriate sizing.
• Participate in detailed design sessions, review and provide feedback on design and implementation.
• Create and maintain design documents in alignment with architectural guidelines and patterns.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices using C# and .NET.
• Support continuous integration and deployment processes (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including platform, operations, and technology for reusable and scalable solution delivery.
• Ensure the implementation adheres to security, performance, and availability standards.
• Contribute to and drive root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues, meeting or exceeding SLAs.
• Promote engineering best practices, identify opportunities for automation, and mentor junior team members.
• Lead and support UAT testing in collaboration with Product Management and SMEs.
  
  

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in application development.
• 3+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development, especially in Claims and EDI.
• 4+ years of experience in SQL development, including stored procedures.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET.
• 2+ years of experience with REST API/microservices development.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments.
• CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Experience in .NET Full Stack development, including Angular.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a global team environment.
• Experience supporting production systems and incident resolution.
• Ability to mentor team members and act as a technical lead when required.
