The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively

supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business

Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive

services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also

participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and

professional skills.

As part of the Deployment Enablement team you will assist in executing and improving

processes that enhance our resource management capabilities. As a Senior Associate you will work

independently and collaboratively to make sure timely completion of tasks, utilizing your

analytical skills to support operational excellence and drive effectiveness in our deployment

strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing processes to enhance resource management

  • Support the development and implementation of deployment strategies
  • Monitor task completion to confirm timely delivery

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 year of experience in deployment enablement processes
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field preferred
  • Proficiency in reporting and business analytics tools
  • Experience in compliance checks or KYC processes
  • Demonstrating learning agility and problem-solving skills
  • Utilizing analytical abilities for data evaluation
  • Managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Supporting execution to meet KPIs and SLAs
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Working knowledge of SQL and MS Access preferred
