Cloud Engineer- AWS- Senior Associate

Those in DevSecOps at PwC will focus on minimising software threats by integrating development, operations and security industry leading practices in order to validate secure, consistent and efficient delivery of software and applications. You will work to bridge the gap between these teams for seamless and secure application and software development.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the DevSecOps team you will design and implement AWS cloud solutions while collaborating effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. As a Senior Associate you will navigate complexity, anticipate client needs, and uphold professional standards while enhancing your personal brand and technical skills in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelors Degree
• 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Proficiency in AWS cloud solutions
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools
• Understanding of security practices in AWS
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools
• Excelling in problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Demonstrating communication and collaboration skills
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional
  
  

• Strong experience in designing and implementing AWS cloud solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services and architectures, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and others.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Jenkins.
• Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in AWS.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional are a plus.
